| "Traditional Houses" are
five stone-built houses of two rooms each, (living room, bedroom and bathroom)
with a total capacity of 18 beds. Two of them are situated in the medieval village "Kalamoti". They are built in stone with arches and bows and indoor yards and can accommodate 2 - 4 persons each. The other three houses are situated at the end of a four-acre estate on the road from Kalamoti to Komi (800 meters away from the sea). They are newly built from stones, hidden under the tall trees. There is an outdoors living room and dining room with barbeque for night feasts. In short distance from the village's and farm's houses you will meet two of the most beautiful beaches in Chios, "Komi" and "Mavros Gialos" where you can also find taverns and bars for night life entertainment. |

Klimataria House This house is situated on the paved alley which leads to the main square where there are many coffee shops and groceries. It was constructed in the medieval age, with arches and bows, made only with stones. There is a big living room inside with two built couches. One of them can also serve as a bed. There is also a fireplace,a tv set, a library, a fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, a bedroom with a double built bed, a w.c. and bathroom with cold - hot water and airconditioning. One of the entrances of the living room leads to the garden and the other to a big paved veranda covered with tiles and a pergola. (outdoors dining room) Capacity: 4 persons (1 double + 2 single). from the first one. Built with the same technique, is also hidden under
the tall trees. There is a living room with a built couch, a fully equipped
kitchen with refrigerator, a bedroom with double iron bed and a bathroom
